Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition, and for defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless defective.
